Our upcoming Adult Vocational Services program will provide training and support for adults with developmental disabilities to help them gain job skills and build greater independence. This program will focus on preparing individuals for the workforce through tailored job-readiness training, skills development, and work experience. Our goal is to support individuals in becoming confident, capable employees who can contribute meaningfully to their communities.

• Vocational Team Members:
  • Vocational Counselor: The Vocational Counselor works closely with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career goals. They provide guidance on job readiness, assist with job searches, and offer ongoing support as individuals transition into the workforce. The counselor helps clients develop essential workplace skills, such as communication, time management, and problem-solving, ensuring they are prepared for employment opportunities.
  • Program Manager: The Program Manager oversees the adult vocational services program, ensuring that it operates effectively and meets the needs of clients. They manage the day-to-day operations, coordinate training activities, and collaborate with employers and community partners to create job placement opportunities. The Program Manager also supervises vocational counselors and ensures that all services are delivered according to program standards and client goals.

• Clinic Team Members:
  • Clinical Director: Oversees the entire clinic-based ABA program, ensuring its effectiveness and adherence to best practices. The Clinical Director provides clinical leadership, supports staff training, and ensures all treatment plans and assessments comply with regulatory standards.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS): Designs and oversees treatment plans, ensuring they are effective and tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Group ABA Therapist: Under the supervision of the Clinical Director and Licensed Behavior Specialist, they implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development. The therapist works closely with clients, providing individualized support and leading group therapy sessions to foster social skills, communication, and behavior management. Their role also includes collecting data, monitoring progress, and ensuring that treatment plans are effectively carried out in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Behavior Health Technician: Implements one-on-one and group therapy sessions, supporting clients with skill-building and behavior modification.
  • Assistant Behavior Consultant: Assists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, collects data, tracks client progress, and ensures consistency in the delivery of interventions.
• Mobile Therapy: Mobile Therapy services bring therapy directly to individuals in their home or community environment. This approach allows our therapists to work with clients where they feel most comfortable, enabling greater flexibility and access to support. Mobile therapy is ideal for individuals who may have difficulty attending traditional in-clinic appointments or who benefit from interventions in their everyday surroundings. We aim to create tailored therapeutic plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Mobile Therapy Team Member:
  • Mobile Therapist: The Mobile Therapist holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and has significant experience working in behavioral health. They are specially trained to deliver evidence-based interventions such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and the RUBI Manual for managing children’s behavior. These therapies are provided both virtually and in-person to support families in managing challenging behaviors, improving parent-child relationships, and developing effective coping strategies. The Mobile Therapist works with the Licensed Behavior Specialist for parent training, ensuring that caregivers have the tools and knowledge to support behavioral interventions at home and in the community. They provide direct therapeutic support, conduct assessments, and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans to address emotional and behavioral needs in natural settings.
  • Psychological Evaluations: Our Psychological Evaluations offer comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health, developmental progress, and behavioral health needs. These evaluations are designed to provide insights into cognitive, emotional, and psychological functioning. The results of the evaluation guide our clinicians in developing effective treatment plans and can be used for therapy placements, developmental assessments, or court requirements.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, and supervises therapy sessions.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS): Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, and supervises therapy sessions.
• Assistant Behavior Consultant: Works closely with the BCBA an/or the LBS to assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans. They provide support during therapy sessions, collect and analyze data, and help monitor progress. They also play a key role in implementing interventions and offering feedback on treatment plans to ensure client success.
• Behavior Health Technician: Implements ABA therapy interventions under the supervision of a BCBA or LBS, assisting clients with skill-building and behavior management.
